During this seven day challenge we’ll be sharing how we express gratitude on a daily basis and how it can change your view on life. Using a gratitude journal you will be reminded to look at the good things in your life rather than focusing on the bad. Often times we get carried away with negative thoughts and forget all the wonderful things we already have. This itself is not something bad, but is the way our mind often works.

We both have an individual story on how we found our Glow.
One found her glow through yoga and nutrition and the other by self love and meditation.

 

We decided to combine our powers, so we could inspire more people to find inner love, eat healthier and practice more yoga!

 

We believe to have a beautiful and care free life it is important to glow from the inside out.

 

With Own Your Glow we will share our story and share content about Selflove, Yoga, Mindfullness and our favorite Plant Based Recipes.

We hope to inspire you to live a healthier, more loving and more energized lifestyle, where you learn to love yourself and find your inner glow.
