30 Days of Yoga Challenge

Welcome to the challenge! You are in for a fun time! We’ve put together a collection of some of our favourite instructors to create this unique 30 days of yoga challenge. 

 

The Purpose: To realign your mind and body, find your center and build strength

 

For Whom: For those looking for consistency in the hustle and bustle of daily life. All levels of yogis.

 

This is an all inclusive challenge to work on improving your yoga, toning your body, and realigning your mind. We have set you up for success with the pattern being 4 days “on” and 1 day “off.” What we mean by this is the first 4 days will be active practice, with 2-3 yoga classes and 1-2 toning and muscle building classes. The fifth day will be a more chilled out class working on technique or on relaxing and recharging. Throughout the 3 days you will notice there may be more than one video per day, this is because it is either optional for you to pick a class that resonates with you, or to do them all (they will be short ones). 

 

We are so excited to get this challenge going and hope you are able to stick with us to the end. If something comes up, and life happens, as is often the case just take that day off without getting down on yourself. Don’t skip ahead to try and stay on schedule but rather bump that practice to the next day. There is no room for self-hate, anger, or discouragement in this challenge, the focus is on realigning yourself to remove this negative self talk. So, if you find your self-chatter bringing you down, make a conscious effort to stop that silly voice and choose to love yourself for coming to this challenge in the first place. 

Day 1

Don’t let the title of this class fool you, you don’t need to be a beginner to go back to the basics. Remember, this challenge is about realignment, and we want to do this the right way. This class will get you in the mindset to rediscover. Rediscover yoga and your body. Even if you learn one new tidbit with this class you will come away more knowledgeable about your body. Slow down and open yourself up to learning and being that curious, energetic child you once were. Life is so much more interesting from this perspective!

Day 2

Staying with our theme of alignment, the second day of our 30-days of yoga challenge will focus on self-love. We are still starting with slow movements, setting ourselves up to heal before we begin building and creating strength.

Intention Suggestion: I love myself fully and completely.

Day 3

Today we are giving thanks for all that we have, showing our gratitude inward and outwardly. 

 

Intention Suggestion: I invite gratitude into my heart.

Day 4

It’s a quick mini workout today! Let’s build our core and our stability. This is only a 10 minute workout so be sure to give it your all!

 

Intention Suggestion: I am centered, I am stable.

Day 5

Welcome to day five! We are taking it easy today, doing a yummy stretch and recovery routine. 

 

Intention Suggestion: I am flexible and open to change.

Day 6

This class is made for empowerment! Shifting away from fear and stepping into strength and balance so you can feel strong, centered, and balanced throughout the day.
