I bring this mat to hot yoga and it is the best! I never have to worry about losing grip during poses. It also doesnt hold in a sweat smell like most yoga mats and cleans very easily. Definitely worth the money.

I love this mat so much - It's my favorite mat I've ever had. Before this, I had a manduka prolite, and a jade travel mat, and this mat is undoubtedly stickier than both of these notoriously sticky competitors. The padding is great. I love this thing and I've only had it two days.

I'm over the age of 60, and have been a yoga practitioner for years. I appreciate the lack of PVCs and the use of natural cork for both health and esthetic reasons.
